When I finished high school, a thought popped into my head: what the heck do I wanna do with my life?

Back then, the only thing I was into was hitting the streets with a backpack full of spray cans. For me, having a blast meant hanging out with my buddies from the neighborhood, wandering around town, and leaving our "mark" on the walls.

That got me thinking about one word that became crucial to my decision: idea. See, in my crew, we could only paint something if it had an idea behind it, some context. Since working with ideas was the freaking coolest thing ever, I wanted to find a gig that would actually pay me for coming up with ideas.

That's when I found out about advertising agencies. The challenge was figuring out how the heck I could break into that scene. The problem was, my only work experience was as an office assistant at some electronics company, and agencies sure as heck don't pay people to draw whatever they please on walls.

I needed experience in the field, so I scored a job as an office assistant at an agency, just to get closer to where I wanted to be, at least physically. The plan was solid, and little by little, I started dabbling in creativity, seeing firsthand how things went down until I finally got the chance to kickstart my career as an art director.

Since then, it's been 14 years of working with awesome folks at major agencies, creating stuff for big-shot national and international clients like Vivo, Heinz, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, P&G, Mizuno, Bradesco Bank, Santander, and a bunch of others.

Over this time, my work has been recognized at kickass national and international festivals, like Cannes Lions, Effie Awards, Wave Festival, El Ojo Iberoamerica, and the Brazilian Creative Club, among others.

Oh, and by the way, I've got three daughters, and together we've got this little band that rocks out every Saturday night at our crib.

I'm all about technology, urban art, design, music, fashion, architecture, and studying how the heck it all mixes together through social behavior.
